Learning Diffusion Cloud Chamber from SLAC Scientist
SLAC Scientist Steffen Luitz visited the Wang Lab and demonstrated a thermal diffusion cloud chamber to help students better understand cloud and aerosol physics.
The honor is to recognize "the high commitment to editorial duties and outstanding editorial practice as Editor of Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics in 2025."
This work introduces a ML-based source apportionment model that leverages multiscale aerosol composition data to achieve near-real-time tracking and accurate quantification of PM2.5 sources. The findings support near-real-time source analysis and integration into policy.
